Attorney Profile
Bob Deeb practiced law on Hilton Head Island for over three decades, including nine years with our firm, where he was not only a trusted attorney but a valued mentor and friend. With a primary focus in real estate law, Bob brought deep expertise and unwavering dedication to his clients in residential and commercial transactions, development projects, zoning and regulatory matters, and property owner association representation. He also guided countless clients through the formation of business entities, always mindful of their broader financial and legal goals.
Born and raised in Cocoa Beach, Florida, Bob graduated from Stetson University with degrees in Business and English. He went on to earn a Master’s Degree in English Literature from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. His academic achievements included serving as an editor of the South Carolina Law Review, co-founding the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal, and receiving multiple honors for academic excellence and public service.
Bob was deeply engaged in his community. He served as President of the Hilton Head Humane Association for seven years and continued to serve as its legal counsel. He was also a member of the Board of Directors for the Sarcoma Awareness Foundation, Inc. and Mission Vision, Inc., charitable organizations to which he gave his time generously.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Bob will be remembered most for his warmth, intellect, and kindness. He was a devoted father to his son Dylan, and a cherished member of our legal community. His legacy lives on in the many clients he helped, the colleagues he inspired, and the causes he championed.
We are grateful for the time we shared with Robert and honor his memory with deep respect and affection.
